Fairly clean property with always pleasant staff who handled our early morning check out. Neat and stylish room overlooking the city. Well presented and brilliant food. Marvellous and easy spot not far from the centre of Adelaide as well as shops, coffee and restaurants. Really comfortable base for short stay...

The place was absolutely lovely and charming, and the staff was super friendly, even greeting us with champagne 🥂 and chocolates 🍫. Plus, you can't beat the awesome location right by the parklands.

the breakfast was nice, hot, and above average. Its location was unbeatable, very close to the Adelaide CBD as well as restaurants. 3. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel.

Beds and room were great
Dining room, tables are too close, no privacy to talk

The rooms are neat and fashionable, offering two double beds for up to six people, along with an iron. the hotel has a great location near the in-house restaurant, free buses and trams, parks, and restaurants, making it very central. It's worth exploring the Adelaide CBD district.

Close to the city, views of the hills
Car parking terrible, pillows were lumpy, room not made unless we asked for it to be done, not enough bathroom supplies or towels for two people.

The restaurant served wonderful dishes for dinner. I enjoyed the view of the city from my window. - the location was great, with Rm Williams within easy walking distance. - the venue offered good rates and was located in a nice area.

Great decor with a nice old touch to service and complimentary drinks at the hotel bar as welcoming gitfts . Rooms are bigger than most hotels offer with a nice city view from all rooms.
Bed matresses are much too hard and the bed linen and covers are too thin. At the end of a long business day, a guest needs comform and pampering in order to make them want to return to any hotel establishment.

Rooms nice, safe for the single traveler.
It is a little far from CBD, did say it was only 10 mins from CBD but that is only if you get the tram, not within walking dist, unless you have an hr to do it in, staff could have given more information about trams and how they work and where to get off and on.
